Be prepared for a hard freeze early next week as temperatures are expected to drop below freezing. A cold front is forecasted to come on Saturday, bringing freezing temperatures through next Wednesday, January 22nd. 

Be Prepared:

• Insulate Pipes: Wrap exposed pipes with insulation to prevent freezing and potential burst.

• Run your Faucets: If the temperature drops below 32°F, keep a stream of water running through your faucets to prevent freezing. 

• Protect Sensitive Plants: Bring potted plants indoors or cover them with frost blankets.

• Check on Pets: Ensure pets have shelter from the cold.

• Prepare for Power Outages: Have flashlights, batteries, and a backup power source ready.
